Lost or Delayed Packages: Luxe Bae is not liable for delays due to carrier issues or customs. Contact the carrier for assistance with lost or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Luxe Bae is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Signature Requirement: All orders will require a signature upon delivery, all returned orders will result in forfeiture of shipping cost and will require another shipping fee to resend.
